Diversified Properties Takes Home Award for Union Multifamily Community at the New Jersey Builders Association’s Sales and Marketing Awards
Atlantic City, N.J. (April 10, 2023) – Diversified Properties announces it received a Sales & Marketing Awards (SAM) for Summit Court, a brand-new luxury multifamily community in Union, N.J., at the 73rd annual Atlantic Builders Convention hosted by the New Jersey Builders Association.
Each year, the SAM Awards recognize excellence in design and marketing by celebrating the industry’s most creative and successful sales and marketing professionals as well as groundbreaking projects and initiatives. Diversified Properties and Design 446, the marketing and branding partner for Summit Court, received an award for, Best Logo Design for a Rental Community – Summit Court.
