Morris Construction Management Begins Construction on Hudson Valley Multifamily Community
Subsidiary of Diversified Properties to bring 81 units to New Windsor, N.Y in 2023
New Windsor, N.Y. (December 7, 2022) – Morris Construction Management, the in-house construction team of Diversified Properties announces it has begun construction on Stonegate at New Windsor, an 81-unit multifamily community located at 435 Little Britain Road in New Windsor, N.Y. The community is scheduled to be completed in July 2023.
Situated just across Little Britain Road from Lake Washington, the construction of Stonegate at New Windsor will bring an in-demand luxury experience to the picturesque Hudson Valley, The design from Thomas Brennan Architects will feature a blend of studio, one and two-bedroom apartments with open floorplans and modern fixtures as well as an onsite gym and lounge.
Residents of Stonegate at New Windsor will also enjoy easy access to all that the Hudson Valley has to offer via the scenic Route 9W as well as superior regional accessibility via the nearby Interstates 84 and 87. The community is also just a short drive away from Stewart Internal Airport and the Newburgh-Beacon Ferry connecting residents to direct access to New York City at the Beacon Train Station.
