Edge-on-Hudson

With its investment partner, SunCal of Irvine, CA, construction is underway of a 96-acre development site, referred to as “Edge on Hudson” on the shore of the Hudson River in Sleepy Hollow, NY. The site was used by General Motors as a vehicle assembly facility from 1915 through 1996. The site is approved for 1,177 residential units, 135,000 square feet of retail space including a 25,000-square-foot urban market and an 18,000-square-foot cinema, a 140-room hotel, and 35,000 square feet of office space. In addition, there will be 45 acres of public open space, including a 16.1-acre waterfront park and an approximately 3-acre “Central Park” Green.
